John P. Urban
Attorney Urban earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Villanova University, where he graduated second in his major of Chemical Engineering. After working for several years in management in the chemical industry, he returned to academia and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. Upon graduation from Penn, Attorney Urban joined the Labor and Employment section in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. In 1997, Attorney Urban returned to his hometown of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, and started his own law firm. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts as well as all federal district courts in Pennsylvania (Eastern, Middle, and Western) and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Andrew L. Blattenberger
Attorney Blattenberger received his Bachelor’s Degree, magna cum laude, from Grove City College and his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He spent the first three years of his legal career in the Pittsburgh and Harrisburg offices of Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling, P.C., where he was part of the firm’s Litigation and Energy & Utilities practice groups. Attorney Blattenberger then joined the Pittsburgh firm of Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, where he practiced for five years until returning to his hometown of Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, in 2009. He has handled cases throughout Western Pennsylvania in both state and federal court.
